Pupils from Dubai Heights Academy (DHA) will be kicking off the festival season in style with a ‘Tracking Santa Around the World’ concert on Thursday 5th December at 11.30am.
Taking place at Dubai Heights Academy, located in Al Barsha South, pupils will be performing all your favourite festive classics including the likes of Feliz Navidad, Deck the Halls and I’m a little Snowman.
The concert will be led and directed by Yousef Khan, Founder of the Music Box, a Dubai-based performing arts training centre for children.
Alison Lamb, Principal, Dubai Heights Academy, said: “Every year, our music and drama departments pull out all the stops to put on an inspiring and exciting festive show and this year will be no different as our very own pupils showcase their talents and deliver the ‘Tracking Santa Around the World’ concert, celebrating diversity and in conjunction with the Year of Tolerance.
“Performing arts is an integral part of what we offer at DHA, with all classes, lessons and performances inclusive of all children and all abilities.”
Following the festive concert, pupils from DHA’s Year Five and Year Six choir will be heading to DUKES The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel on Sunday 8th December to perform their repertoire of Christmas Carols from 6pm at West 14th for the hotel’s annual Christmas market.
