Middlesex University Dubai helps students excel in their higher education journey through its MA People Management and Development and MBA Programmes. Students who enrol to one of the courses for the January 2019 intake before the 15 December 2018 are eligible to receive a 20 % Grant. This Grant, however, cannot be used in conjunction with the Early Enrolment Grant or any other Postgraduate Grants.

Under MBA Programmes, students can choose between nine specialist MBA pathways comprising Finance, Marketing, Business Excellence, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Business Analytics, Islamic Economy, or elect for an MBA (General). Middlesex MBA covers all key aspects of management and leadership competencies, offering a 360-degree approach to learning. To further aid development, the programme includes four Applied Learning Experiences and four Executive Skills Development sessions which provide students with a broad range of executive, managerial skills and enhances professional competence by engaging students in practice, encouraging them to apply what they have learned so far to real-world scenarios.
Middlesex University Dubai’s MA People Management and Development is designed to develop recent graduates and those in the early stages of their career, and enhance career progression. The course addresses cutting-edge people management and development research and practice. Being grounded in the professional standards of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD), the course provides students with an excellent opportunity to excel in the field.
