Kings school Dubai

Kings’ School Dubai is an outstanding British Primary school founded in 2004, adjacent to the iconic Burj Al Arab. We are the only school in the United Arab Emirates to have achieved an ‘outstanding’ rating by the Dubai Schools Inspection Bureau every year since inspections began. The original school in a family of three Kings’ Schools, we all share the same key value – ‘The Best By Every Child’. This is the essence of our work and what we all strive for every day. As a community, including children, teachers, leaders, support staff and parents, we know that working together in strong partnerships is the most effective way of supporting all our children as they strive to reach their full potential. At Kings’ School Dubai we follow the National Curriculum for England as a framework which we then adapt to ensure a conceptual, integrated and enriched learning experience for our young learners. It is important that we contextualise the curriculum so that children understand what they are learning and why, by using the environment around them. It is also influenced by the individual and evolving needs of our children. The result is a rigorous bespoke curriculum, relevant to children growing up in Dubai but designed to produce happy and successful global citizens, ready to take their place in the world.
